Contact drop down when adding an Activity
Why must I search for a contact when I am already on the Account profile page - Activities tab? The contacts are already showing on the page, why must I search for them vs. Matrix showing me the list of available Account contacts associated with the account that I am on?
This would save a lot of effort, especially if you are not sure of the name of the contact or contacts.
This has been implemented within our Monarch product. Now when you add an Activity for an Account and/or Agency you’ll be able to quickly add the contacts that are also affiliated.

If you create the activity from the contact profile, you will find all fields populated except for the deal.
If you crate the activity from the deal, you will find all fields populated as long as you have fully filled out the deal information (account / agency / contact)
When creating the activity from an account, there is no way we can tell which contact you want to add to an activity so we cannot automatically fill that field. Ex: it is possible to create an activity for an account and use the contact from a represented agency.

The contacts are tied to the account. These contacts should transfer through when we create the activity with that account, instead of us always adding it in. There's just too many steps to do an activity.
