Display completed & incompleted activities within an account in chronological order of date on which they occurred (not by when you marked it as "complete), that way everything listed in chronological order.

You are on the account profile page. I see them the same as you.

I now understand that you are referring to completed activities and i have good news for you. We are redesigning the account profile page and it will be displaying activities in the order you mentioned.

You can look forward to seeing this change in our next big release (shooting for early Q2) and i will update this request to note it is for completed activities.

I mark them complete when they are complete; open when they are open. I usually only have one or two open notes. I'm most interested in having the completed notes sort with the most recent on top... I think you're looking at a different screen than I do because I can only see incomplete and complete separately - never combined. I can only toggle between them but they do not show in a list together.

Are you completing your activities? It is ordered to show incomplete and overdue before showing future activities. Overdue will have a red date.

If you select a company, the 'Activities' section is the top left section of the screen - this is where I want the activities to show the most recent at the top and the oldest at the bottom. The top right has 'Contacts' section with 'Tags' below it and 'Deals on the bottom left of the screen. Make sense?
