mobile app
The mobile version is working, but are you going to have a mobile app? I have the bookmark on my iphone for the mobile friendly version, but it would make searching for accounts a lot easier if it was directly on an app.
Our mobile release just went out right on time for all customers this past weekend.
Give it a go with the same address that you’ve been using and experience everything that you’ll need before, during, and after your meetings during your busy days on the road.
One thing I want to remind folks from earlier feedback on our last solution is if you’re bouncing in and out of it on your phone you may want to access it via Safari or Chrome after you’ve logged in for the day instead of tapping on the bookmark. This way your phone remembers the last page that you visited instead of the bookmark taking you back to the actual page you saved.
if you have any questions don’t hesitate to reach out to our knowledgeable support staff for help!

Are you currently aware that we have a mobile solution that you can access from your android/ios phone using the same web address?

Yes, you can definitely add me to a feedback list. I have used other CRM apps and have been part of beta testing as well.

I'm glad you asked! Yes, we've started development on the new mobile solution.
Our solution will take the versatility that you expect from the desktop version and bringing that to a mobile package that will feel both easy to use and empowering. Imagine pulling your phone out before a meeting to find the latest revenue information on a client you're meeting with, during the meeting to add a few new contacts, and then after the meeting to update your forecast after closing the big deal.
I would love to add you to the growing list of Matrix users that I can reach out to in order to obtain feedback in the future. Would you be interested?
Also, if you're heading to the NAB this year, look for us there! We'll be showing off a preview of things to come this summer and beyond.

Any new updates in a mobile app? My Android OS updated to the latest version and now the mobile site doesn't work correctly. Something similar to Salesforce360's app would be great.

wow, I totally understand what you mean now about app vs mobile site and coming back to it. Completely clears things up. Glad you responded with this information!!
I also wanted to let you you know that we plan on addressing notes on activities next quarter, but who knows by then we might decide to focus our mobile efforts on an app! I'm really not sure right now, but I will definitely keep you in the loop as much as I can.
Glad to hear you are finding value in Matrix and its mobile counterpart. We really value your's and everyone else's opinions on how to make things better/easier to use so do not hesitate to reach out to use with other suggestions or ideas. We read everything and try to respond to as much as possible too.
Thanks again!

For example, I'm out on the field and all of a sudden I come across a place that has 4-5 possible clients. Before I can walk in, I need to check the master list. I have a iphone 4s, I have the matrix mobile version bookmarked on my screen and when I go into it, then I tap on accounts, then tap on master list and then proceed with typing the name of this potential client. Normally, I write the names down on my notes app on my phone and check it when I have time in between appointments. If it were an app, by tapping on the icon again I could go back to it, but since it is a bookmark, when I tap on the icon it takes me back to the original page (and then I have to start all over again). Which means I have to either write all the names down phisically on paper or I have to start the whole process from zero after checking on my notes for each of the names. Instead of just tapping on the little x near the search bar and just checking each name. I hope I managed to explain myself!
On another thought, if you had an app, it would be nice to be able to add notes to the activities. I use the notes on the activities to keep track of important information and on the mobile version I can only see the times and contact but not read my notes on the actual list of activities.
You guys are doing a great job! Matrix is very useful when you learn how to navigate it.

Can you explain why you feel an app would make searching for accounts a lot easier? As a second question, what would a Matrix app entail if you had one?
Thanks!
