FILTER ACTIVITY REPORT - BY REP, STATUS, AND ACTIVITY TYPE
Can we get a filter for REPS, statuses, and activity types on the Activity Report so I can see the types of activities for my team's activity only please?
We have just finished development and testing for this feature and are excited to say it will be available in our next mini release due out by the end of the month.

I see the comment below about not being able to Filter by Outlet but i would like to throw it in there that if it were possible I would love that. 15 sales staffs is difficult to keep track of by name of sales person. On a top line level it would be great to see by Staff what activity has been completed and then expand to see who did what for the week.

Currently there is no way to filter the Activity Report. There is more to it than that though so I want to explain some future enhancements.
We are planning on adding filters to the Activity Report. They would be for things such as Salespeople, Activity Types, Statuses and maybe others.
You specifically asked how to filter stations and I'm afraid that would not be possible because an Activity is not tied to a Station/Outlet within Matrix. We're not entirely convinced that it should be either. However, you might be able to get the answer that you're looking for through salesperson groups once those filters are added to the report. Many of our customers group salespeople by markets so if you take advantage of a grouping structure like that, you could get a clearer picture than what is currently available.
Sorry this probably isn't the answer you might have wanted to hear, but addressing filters on this report is definitely a request we're taking seriously and planning to address in the future.

The Activity Report is already team based. It should only be displaying activities from those people who are directly on your team partition.
You may want to call our support number to discuss your security/partition setup with one of our reps to make sure you're seeing only the data you care most about (877)687-9066
In the meantime, I'll put in an enhancement to be able to filter out salespeople from this report.
