  1. Add a filter on Forecast Reports to select individual Accounts

    Currently you can only edit Categories. We should also be able to edit by Account so we can pull Forecasts for individual accounts needing review.

    We have just finished testing this feature with intentions of having it ready for next big release this year! We also threw in an Agency filter for good measure :)

    Expect to see this before November along with sharing accounts between salespeople and an awesome document storage solution.

  2. Notes on Accounts

    I would like to be able to add notes about accounts. Things that I need to remember in the future - "Don't tier rates because they only buy the low weeks" - things of that nature

  3. Unable to download mult year sales reports or even print?????

    I went to print a multi year sales report and the only things that comes out is the graph at the top and it doesnt have a download to excel option!! Please help!!

    Exporting the Multi-year Sales Report will be available in our next release. With it, you will be able to export the top level hierarchy items to XLS where you can then print the report if you choose to.

  5. Allow more flexibility in the report parameters

    When pulling the Multi Year report, I need to the option to choose the months I'd like to see.

    Example: if the order was from March-Aug I’m interested in last year’s net number form the same period without needing to do calculations to find it.

    We have just finished testing on this enhancement for the Multi-Year Sales History Report. It looks great! We changed the year selection controls around too so that both months and years function in a similar manner that also promotes more space to the report instead of to the navigation controls.

  6. searchable master list for AE

    AE's need to be able to do a search to see what accounts are already taken by other AE's with out having to go page to page to find an account. This takes forever... and when your prospecting for new biz... it becomes quite tiresome.

    Development is now complete for searching on the Account (My List and Master), Agency, and Contact lists. the lists will update as you type and will utilize inclusive searching as opposed to searching by words that start with what you type. This should mean the time it takes you to locate a single Account, Agency, or Contact will be cut down to a small fraction of the current time!

  7. Return to exact dollar amounts for billing history

    Pehaps on a managment level, exact dollar amounts are not necessary, however, when planning for specific bugest on the AE side, the rounded figures are cumbersome.

    On the account profiles, we have made changes that allow you to view the full dollar amount. This change is part of a larger Account Profile redesign that we are excited to release in a couple of months.

  8. Filtering by Revenue Type on Pods

    The Bird's Eye View pod doesn't allow for filtering on revenue types so when I see my local business it's including spot and Internet. I'd like to have it separated.

  9. Allow Last Billed and Creation Date to be sortable on Account List

    We use those dates when determining who should handle each account, when reps can claim one and when it's time to reassign. If that's not possible on the My List or Master List, another report or list will be fine. Just need an easy way to see those dates in chronological order.

  10. Allow us to add agencies to prospects

    Many prospects have an agency associated with them, so we need to be able to add the agency information when adding the account so that they are linked together in the prospect stage.

    We have just finished testing the ability to add an agency to a prospect and display the affiliated contacts.

    Please keep in mind it is still the best practice to place all agency contacts on the agency and all prospect contacts on the prospect. You can THEN display the two of them together on the prospect profile page.

    If you no longer need to see an agency on a prospect, simply remove it and replace it with another if you so choose.

  11. Add the function of budgeting on an account level instead of a Salesperson level.

    Currently you can only forecast on a salesperson level. For purposes of pacing and year over year growth, we would like to be able to budget a monthly amount for every client. I currently see the place for the account budget but management can not add this.

    We are right on track for a September 15th release date which will include the ability for salespeople to budget by accounts! In fact, we just finished testing this piece and are thrilled with the way it has turned out.

  12. Outlet defaults

    Currnetly our Oultets default to HCNC, then WCNC. I would like this changed due to the fact that an overwhelming percentage of revenue comes through WCNC and i would like to reduce the click number.

    We have just completed having the ability to choose a default outlet on deals. You can expect this feature in a future release.

    When you set a default outlet from the preferences tab on “My Profile”, you can guarantee that this outlet will be the first one in the list when working with deals.

    Emails are attached to accounts as long as they are sent to matrix via your unique matrix email address for a contact that already exists within Matrix and is attached to an account or agency.

    I was unable to obtain additional information about this request so i am completing it.

  14. Prospects

    Allow reps to add propects/leads. But only on their matrix, this would allow them to manage the account before it peoduces $ but would add a lot of accounts to the master.

  15. All date boxes should let me type in the date as well as select from a calendar control by clicking

    Having the ability to type in the date of the flight rather than using the calendar.

  16. Closing Soon Pod - List the Deal So You Can Click RIght On It and open in a new window/tab

    On my Closing Soon pod, I'd like to have the deal name listed there so I can click on it and go right to that deal. Right now I have to go to the Account and then click on the deal from there. The pod is centered on the deals to close soon, so it makes sense to allow the user to get to the deal directly from that pod.

  17. Allow for a 12 month Budget entry screen instead of one month at a time

    Currently the script does not allow forthe page layout to stay the same as you move from one month to the next. A 12 month layout would work best.

    I would like to be able to print a report that shows how each AE is doing each month against there budget on each outlet. In Matrix Sales Center this was called "Account Budget Report".

  19. manager to have the ablity to enter deals on inactive AE's without having to reassign to House

    Example: I have an inactive AE that still has accounts, I do not want to have to reassign the accounts to a placeholder AE in order to enter in a deal...because in a few weeks, I will have to go back and reassign the accounts all over again to the new AE that I hire.

    This would be easier and more efficient if I, as a manager, could just enter the deal in while having the old AE still assigned to it.

    Deals can be created for salespeople that are inactive. You can do this from scratch via the green menu actions menu or you could do this from the account profile page itself. Both will work.

  20. Build a function to automatically track any forecasting preempted dollars

    When a buy is placed and the "deal" is closed, dollars are added to TY total and removed from deal. However, if there are preemptions on the buy, those dollars are removed from TY total. They will not be included in forecast unless the AE adds a separate, new "Deal" for every preempt. This is unacceptable use of AE time. We need a function that automatically retains preempted dollars in pending until they are booked.

    We are wrapping this up with real user testing right now as part of an integration with Wide Orbit. If you use Wide Orbit then there will be potential to utilize this feature.

    The basic idea of this is Wide Orbit will send over preemptions and Matrix will provide a way for you to see those preemptions without the need to go to your traffic manager, review a traffic log, or do anything outside of Matrix. You can then decide if you need to contact your advertiser, put in a new deal to make good on the preemptions, or do nothing at all. The choice is yours, we simply want to make it easier for you to know about the preemptions that have occurred.

    With this update we’ve also added Preemptions to a few locations
