    Hi Ryan. I'd be glad to help in any way that I can. Specific to KTNV, we have multiple initiatives throughout the year. We like to track the sales process from prospecting to close by using ad tags. If we are able to do so in the deals dashboard, we can track the process from start to finish, use it to project pending by initiative, and also track days to close once all is done.
