When I close a deal, in order to follow the natural sales cycle workflow, I would like Matrix to ask something like "would you like to create or update a deal based upon the outcome of this activity?" and I can then choose to create, update, or ignore this recommendation.3 votes
This is something we’re looking into for future CRM enhancements. If we could suggest next steps for you, we feel the end user would be more likely to actually TAKE those next steps.

“Show me accounts where thy will no longer be considered new next month and are considered new this month.”

I wanted to remind everyone that we do have this functionality now within our List Builder area for Matrix Premium customers but we do NOT have the ability to show Last Billed on it yet.
I will be changing this request so that it better reflects the need for the Last Billed information on that list since the rest has been taken care of

When pulling the Commissions Report it pulls all data based on Calendar billing. 95% of accounts bill as Broadcast and that's what the commissions are calculated on. The report would be much more accurate if this option was available.2 votes

In doing clean-up of the database, it would make it easier to see all of the duplicated accounts (like in the old Matrix we could pull in accounts listed 2+times) to easily reassign them if needed as well as merge duplicates myself without calling Matrix22 votes

Sounds like a neat way to trend an AE and help coach them into being a star.
We need to figure out a better way to tie Deals and activities together before we can solve this problem. As it stands today, most salespeople are not putting in Activities against their deals so this really kills our ability to figure out this kind of information.
The good news is that we really want to figure this out and are working with folks to determine a good solution that people want to use without making it feel like extra work.

I think it would be great if we could run a report that will display accounts that meet certain criteria like accounts that are - or + $500 compared to previous year.2 votes
With the upcoming Alert Center engine upgrade combined with an overall UI update this should be more of a reality.
We could answer questions like the one requested and more like…
“Show me accounts that have $0 billed this month but had money last year”
“Show me accounts without Pending Deals”
These types of questions can help you stay on track of accounts so that nothing slips through the cracks! Stay tuned…I predict a lot of greatness coming your way in 2017!

This is currently being evaluated to see if it is even possible. It’s not looking positive, but we will flow communication through here whether good or bad.
I need a way to view accounts with billing from the earliest date available until 13 months ago. This report is for our Account Draft where we reassign accounts that haven’t had any billing for 13 months or more (if billed in the past). It would also be nice to see prospects and leads created between dates for similar purposes.4 votes
This is a cool request that fits in nicely with our upcoming Alert Center engine update! We could build rules that fire off and answer questions like…
“Show me accounts where the Last Billed is > 13 month ago”
“Show me Leads with a Current Owner > 90 days”

I used to be able to see the date that each AE updated their pending. I pull the report weekly and if an AE has not updated for that week, it throws off my number. I need to be able to see that date that each AE last updated their pending business.25 votes
