  1. More Information in Contact part of the Account Profile

    The "Most Contacted" area within the Account Profile on the right should show more contact information if available. Example their home address, etc...

    We are most likely not going to take this feedback on. We offer the most common ways to reach out to someone in order to get a quick action done like calling or emailing. Anything else doesn’t feel like a quick need and we recommend navigating to the profile page. If the concern is navigating away from your account profile, then right click on the contact’s name and open in a new tab.

  2. Add existing contacts to an account

    If you have a contact that now handles a different account, in addition to one they already have, you can not add it to the account without entering a new contact. It would be nice to be able to attach multiple accounts to a contact and also be able to just add them to the most contacted list.

    John Smith might be John Smith no matter where he works, but the information for John Smith at Business1 are different from John Smith at Business2 often including the email address used.

    One caveat to this is that we have instances where someone might work at a corporate headquarters and oversee multiple individual accounts (ex: Auto Dealers…City Audi, City Toyota, etc).

    We’re actually looking to move contacts to be owned by the business and not by salespeople in the future and this wouldn’t work together with that plan. This includes the idea of having an HQ type of reference as well.

  3. Pronunciation field

    More important than a "spouse" or "child" field, I'd like to see a pronunciation field around or under the persons name. Obviously, its not necessary for all contacts... but when it IS necessary, it's REALLY IMPORTANT!!!

    Unfortunately this is most likely not realistically going to be added to Monarch. It doesn’t seem to be a widespread issue, and we are going to focus on providing additional value around saving time, closing more deals, and increasing revenue potential.

    I accidentally deleted a contact ... there should be a way to bring it back ... please & thank you ...

    This is probably not something that we will take the time to build. So few incidents like this have occurred so we’re choosing to focus our efforts on game changing innovations and maintaining the product in areas that generate a lot of touch points.

  5. copy info from account to contact

    in addition to copying the address, copy over the phone, fax, website, etc.

    These are not meant to be the values from the company that the contact is affiliated with.

    We will unfortunately be declining this request as we will most likely not take this on.

  6. Provide an option for using existing Account or Agency address within Matrix during contact imports

    When I import contacts into Matrix, it would be nice if I could have an option to use the existing Account or Agency address within Matrix (if applicable) when a field is empty or isn't mapped.

  8. Matrix should automatically save any emails initiated within Matrix

    Would be great to automatically generate an email to all parties listed on an account, for example, and have a copy saved within notes section of matrix for future reference.

    We already do this. Anytime Matrix recognizes an email address it attaches the email to the contact as an activity. It will even attach it ot the Acct/Agy if affiliated as well.

  9. Put a "Note" field in the "Add a contact" window...

    We can cut and paste entire contact information off a client website for ease of input in the screen above:
