Pronunciation field
More important than a "spouse" or "child" field, I'd like to see a pronunciation field around or under the persons name. Obviously, its not necessary for all contacts... but when it IS necessary, it's REALLY IMPORTANT!!!

Unfortunately this is most likely not realistically going to be added to Monarch. It doesn’t seem to be a widespread issue, and we are going to focus on providing additional value around saving time, closing more deals, and increasing revenue potential.

This sounds like a good use for the Notes on a Contact. Is there any reason that you can think of why that wouldn't be a good use of the field?
