Total Active Account
Would be nice to have the total active accounts when I look up my AEs.
We have added this as part of the Sales Productivity Card which can be found on your Home Page. If it is not there you can add it to an empty slot, remove another card to add it, or create a new tab and add the card there.
We have defined an Active Account as one that has billed anytime in the last 12 months or later.

Thanks Ryan. The number of active accounts is a great way to measure account executive performance, individually to follow that person's progress and to compare it with its peers. It would also help me find the average amount spent by each client, a number that can be complicated by groups with multiple media outlets like ours.

I'm curious what you're doing with this information once you have it. I apologize for the 20 questions, but really understanding our customer's needs helps us design better solutions.

When I go to each AEs Bird's Eye View it would be awesome to see how many accounts they have active (billing) per month, quarter, year, instead of having to scroll down and add them up. Thank you!
