help section
It would be good if you had a help section with an index so that you could look up various topics using keywords. When you need to find something it appears you have to go to the QRG's one at a time in Matrix University, launch the program, download the guide and then look for your answer. Very tedious even if you took the time to download all the QRG's at once.

We have recently pushed out an update to Matrix University that allows you to view all of the QRG’s in a grouped listing and even take some FASTER (and quite frankly much cooler) high level video training in minutes.
Get into Matrix today and click on the Matrix University link. We think you’re really going to love the new experience.

How timely of you to send this to us! We're actually re-evaluating the Matrix University experience that our users have and arrived at similar conclusions.
In an upcoming release we will be making it much easier. You'll simply tell Matrix if you're an AE or a MGR and then you'll have access to the QRG's and a great new Steps to Success video series that we're putting together as well as some other great things. Bottom line is it has to be quick and easy to access so that you can get back to selling...I doubt that you're making money while searching for help docs!
I'd like to share the flow with you once we get more of it put together (it's just a shell right now) so you might get a call from me before June!
