View Activity Type sub lists in Activity Report
The Activity report only shows "Meeting" or " Call", but there is not a way to see if it was a CNA Meeting or a Closing Call.

We have just finished testing this feature.
This will allow you to determine the exact Activity type being used whether it’s a generic Call or a more specific “Cold Call”. The export will be the most useful location to get this information (deemed more important than the on-screen version by many of you who voted thanks!)
We are on track to have this released before the end of the year as part of a 100% Customer Feedback release so keep your eyes peeled for communication from us both within Matrix or your Inbox!

In this forum, silence is acceptance. Development is moving ahead with the proposed plan of a hover and enhanced exported information.

I am looking to move very fast on this feature and am proposing that the Type be a hover where you can see if it is a "Meeting" or something more precise like a "Needs Analysis" meeting...of whatever your specific sub list item happens to be. Space is extremely tight on this report so spelling it out may be improbable.
However...
I am also proposing that we update the export from the generic "Meeting" to "Needs Analysis" (or whatever your specific sub list item is) since I've found that most people wish to export this report anyways and far fewer actually read it within Matrix to do any kind of deeper analysis.
If you have any input on this, please reply back now! We could be starting work on this as early as this week and it becomes more difficult to change things once underway.
