Add Budget to Multi Yr Sales Report
In the Multi Year Sales report i would like to see a line for the Current Year Budget.
Ex:
2012 - Actual business on the books by month
2013 - Actual booked
2013 - Budget
A new report will be released in the near future that should do just this for you. Can’t wait to share it with you!

We are now in the budgeting process. As a Sales Manager, a large part of using a CRM product is being able to budget based on previous years' account activity by month, while being able to assign revenue budgets to this account activity. Currently, Matrix does not allow for this. This is what is called a bottom-up budget, allowing the users to be actively involved in the budget process. This is something that we really need Matrix to build, otherwisewe have to do it the old-fashioned way through Excel spreadsheets.

Yes it is partly the format. Very simple to see Historical Vs. Current Year Vs. Progress to Budget.
At least for us we are constantly comparing ourselves to budget. To have all three in one report that i can pull by AE/ Account / Outlet or however is convenient for the sales manager or AE makes a quick report that can show progress to historical, especially on the AE and Account Level.

What in particular makes this an attractive report for this kind of information? Historically, this report has been nothing but pure revenue as it comes from traffic and to see 3 votes on this in a few short hours makes me think there's a signal out there that we're just not seeing.
