fix the automatic populate of the Account.
I have been entering some activities and for some reason, it won't save without an error saying the account is not entered. I enter the contact, then it automatically populates the account/Client.

I’m not sure when this was fixed, but I just verified that I could create/save an activity by adding a contact that autofills the account for me.
