Provide a forecast accuracy/change report

As a manager, I would like to see the original amount my salespeople forecasted for and how that changes over time in comparison to the amount that actually booked.

We have just finished testing the Forecast Change report. It will be available for an early summer release. Big thanks to everyone who provided feedback and voted this one up.

We are still working through this report, but everything is on track for our early summer release where you’ll be able to compare today to a date in history in order to take a look at how the forecasting changed between the two dates.

We have decided to start with a Forecast Change report. The goal of the report is to allow you to compare a past date to today in order to gauge the change/accuracy…maybe a few other pieces of information if time permits. I’ll let you know how it’s shaping up as time goes on!

We have been investigating this and have decided to start with a Forecast Change report. The goal of the report is to allow you to compare a past date to today in order to gauge the change/accuracy…maybe a few other pieces of information if time permits. How’s that for a teaser?

I would like to see a week to week comparison over multiple weeks on forecast accuracy for each salesperson by account. The former version of Matrix had this report. It allows a manager or the salesperson to track their pending dollars by account, one week at a time, enabling them to become better forecasters on pending. Currently, the Forecast Change Report will lump all of the weeks together from the date you set, rather than seeing each week separately.
