    We’re working on a new feature that will enhance the way “shared accounts” work but one of the end results will allow all salespeople to see this kind of information on accounts like this that they do not own.

    Stay tuned. We’re hoping to get this out this year and are currently in the design phase of the feature.

    Eliminates the need for the AE to go to the manager to see if the account is actively working the account
