Unassigned Accounts- View information
It would be helpful if the AE had access to view the Revenue History in accounts Unassigned on the Account List. This would make it more useful to them to determine if an unassigned account was worth calling on.
We’re working on a new feature that will enhance the way “shared accounts” work but one of the end results will allow all salespeople to see this kind of information on accounts like this that they do not own.
Stay tuned. We’re hoping to get this out this year and are currently in the design phase of the feature.

Right now when prospecting accounts that are already in Matrix, you have to add the account to your master list and wait for the manager to approve it before you can see the contacts and previous activities listed under the account. You then clutter your master list with accounts that you have not even called on yet, just to see the contacts and acvitivies. If there is a way, it would be extrememly beneficial for AEs to see contacts & acitivies on any open accounts, so they can then call on them and see where previous AEs got with them before. If and when you get somewhere with the client, you then add them to your master list! This would save lots of time, and encouage more AEs to ustalize Matrix better.

Are salespeople in your market utilizing Activities? We answer your question today about seeing if an account is actively being worked via the Master Account List. The last column lets you know the last time an activity was held and the next time an activity is being planned.
In our newest product, Monarch, we take this a step further and allow you the ability to request ownership of the account if you think it's something that you want to take on with our internal prospecting functionality.
