Merge Accounts
Manager's should be able to merge accounts with the same name, but that are spelled slightly different. We should also either be able to pick the proper account name, OR it should default to the name it needs to be (if it affects other stations).
We just released this functionality last weekend!
Managers now have the ability to group, rename, and merge accounts as long as they’re 100% in your partition (usually market) so that it does not impact others in the system.
I’m going to pass your names along to our success team and let them know that you’re all interested in this functionality as you need to have the permission to do it first.

Just to be clear, you are aware of our Virtual Sales Assistant service that handles merging requests for you...but you want a way to do it yourself as well right? If you are not familiar with the Virtual Sales Assistant let me know and I'll get you some information on how to use it.
You are correct about the change impacting other stations which is why the feature does not currently exist for managers.
