Commission Report
Commission report should report based on actuals and forecasted dollars amounts. Gives a more realistic feel of where the AE is going to finish.
This is not likely something we will take on with our current direction at Matrix.
Writing our own commission module isn't where we want to be when other systems already handle this, but that does NOT rule out an integration with one of these systems you may already have.
We encourage you to speak with your success manager if you think an integration would be valuable SOW work.

Many more people would use this report if it only reported correct information. With Matrix automatically clearing out pending once booked dollars come in, the report will never be accurate. There needs to be a change to this report to think logically to calculate commission. For example - if Pending dollars exist for month a on the report, use it to calculate the commission OTHERWISE use booked dollars (if any exist).
I know this is not rocket science, but it should not be that difficult either to get this to work as it is expected.

This was a step we implemented at my former company, and it was highly useful and motivational to our sales force.

I think the commission report should show commissions against the billing, and commissions against the projections, and then both of them totaled up. That will be very attractive to a salesperson.
