    This exists for every Account, Contact, Agency, Activity, and Deal.

    Contacts, Agencies, and Deals have a Notes link in the menu accessible from the respective profile page.
    Accounts have notes bundled into the Activities tab on the Account Profile page.
    Activities have a notes section in the main area.
