In our next mini release you will have the ability to sort the account list by last billed and/or creation date. If you combine this with the already existing filter to only show leads, then you’ll have the ability to get your answers.

You can currently filter the Account list to only show leads. However, the real meat and potatoes of this request will be out in our next mini release where we put the Last billed/Creation Date on the main level of the account list.
You could then sort filter the account list to only show leads, then sort the date column and get your answers!
Since this has been developed and tested, I am going to move this to the completed pile.
