unassigned accouts- view of inforation
there should be a better view or accouts information on accounts that are inactive or unter a name of an accout executive no longer here
Shared accounts came out since this was written and now provides AEs access into other accounts

Your ideas around holding an account and knowing the last contact date is definitely a great one! You're also hitting us up at a great time as we're in the middle of redesigning the account profiles for an end of Q1 early Q2 release and this sounds like an amazing feature to add!
I'll see if I can't add this into our mockups. Better yet, I would LOVE to share the new designs with you and get your input if you would be willing to spend some time with me over the phone.
Would you be willing?
Your 2nd comment refers to an idea we're cooking up but just haven't pulled the trigger on yet and that is account profile guest access or sometimes referred to as shared accounts. The concept would allow AE's to request access to information about other accounts and then that owner could choose what to allow the requester to see. Perhaps just contact information in your scenario as opposed to all billing, activities, deals, etc.
Let me know if you'd like to talk.

it would be good to see last activity date on the account this sets up reasons to see if you can take the account from someone not activly working on it. It makes it so you cant just hold up a bunch of accounts under your name in hopes that they will want to buy. 3 months on any activinty the account has free game. excluding seasional accounts
and basic contact info and if there is an agenct attached. Also we usematrix cross stations so if the account is not assigned to a NEWS 8 rep but is assigned to and ABC rep we can call on the account and get the basics for News 8

Could you provide a bit more information on what you mean by this? What type of information are you looking for and what actions are you trying to take as a result of knowing this information?
Understanding why this is necessary will greatly help in developing a feature or enhancement that could meet your needs.
Thanks so much for submitting the idea!
