Merge Existing Accounts
A client had a name change and I need to merget the history of the account from the old name to the new name.

This feedback was completed back in January 2012. We have a Virtual Sales Assistant (VSA) that handles all of your merging needs from misspellings to duplicates and anything in between. As long as the changes requested will not negatively impact other markets they will be made within 24hrs of the request.
To get started...
Start an email for vsa@matrixformedia.com
In the subject put "Account Merge Requests" or something high level like that
In the body state your name, role, and then the specific requests like "I would like to merge Tommy's Hardware Store into Tom's Hardware Store" so that it's crystal clear how you would like to see your information.
Send the email off. Our team will receive it, analyze the requests, and then let you know the outcome / ask additional questions if necessary.

Has anything been done to make this happen? I just started using Matrix. This would be an ideal feature and get rid of many duplicates due to name changes, actual billing names, and misspellings.
