Need to list E-Mail as an Activity Type
When I add an activity, the only choices are meeting and phone call. Other could be there, however E-mail is a very common means of interacting with a client.

Emails are now considered activity types within Matrix. While you are not able to see this right now, you will see this feature in the next update. Thanks for the ideas!

It would also be nice to add submit avail (for agencies) so we would have the option of meeting, phone call, email, and submit avail.

In a future release, you will be able to copy emails from Outlook into Matrix which will be logged as an activity record for the appropriate Contact & Account/Agency.
