Sort the Upcoming Pending Deals pod by Est Close Date
It's currently sorted by the pending dollars, but considering the pod is for "Upcoming" pending, it makes sense to do have the sort by Est Close Date.

Development work completed on this enhancement. The Upcoming Pending Deals pod now default sorts on Est Close field.
