DELETING ACCOUNTS
I would be great for managers to be able to manually delete any account needed... even if they have been billed in the past. It is very frustrating not to be able to delete accounts that need to be deleted.
Unable to get a response on this request for more information. Due to the way Matrix relies on accounts for pacing purposes we cannot do something like this. It’s also not a good CRM practice to remove data that may be useful in the future (I know that I cannot counter going out of business though).
If we can connect in the future I’d love to try and get to the root of this and understand it better.

What is your ultimate reason for wanting to delete it? Is the account out of business and will obviously never spend again? (or something equivalent to that?)
I'm curious about your reasons for wanting to delete an account in this manner.
Also are you looking to delete it because you simply do not want it on your account list or is there another experience/location that would be improved by having such functionality?
