Export the TopDown Forecast to Excel
I'd like the ability to export the topdown forecast to Excel so that I can save a copy from week to week.

Default Set of Filters on Sales Outlook and in Reports
As an LSM it would be great to have an option to select a default set of filters that could potentially be coordinated to match the filters to what is viewed in Wide Orbit. This would be useful on the Sales Outlook or the Filters Tab in Reports. Having a set of filters for 'Local Broadcast TV' or 'Digital Broadcast TV' will help ensure that everyone is pulling the same information.

Pull a list of Notes
It would be nice to have a way to include notes associated with each account when pulling an account list in List Builder. Being able to review a list of notes would be very helpful.

Have the years listed as columns in the Multi Year Sales History Report
It would be nice to have the option to have the years in the Multi Year Sales History Report display as columns instead of having them stacked on top of each other in rows.

On Pacing Report, add an option to show TY Pace and Weighted Forecast Change from X Date
It would be helpful to see how the business on the books and the weighted forecast change over a selected period of time. For example, we currently go by AE, by Advertiser, by Media to determine changes week over week. The forecast change report isn't weighted yet, and doesn't have all the information the Pacing report does, so neither accomplish this yet.

Ranking Report
As a Manager I'd like to have a column on this Ranking Report where I can write my Notes, and be able to update those notes every time that I pull that Report. I'd like to be able to see the Top 50.

Filter what columns you'd like included in your Report
It would be great if in filters we could select which columns we want to include in the report and save the template that way (in lieu of having to hide/delete unneeded columns every time).

Add more default time frames in the Reports
In Reports, in the Forecast Report. The default time frames available are good -- but perhaps add a couple? I always review revenue by quarter, so "Next Quarter" would be great to see. As well as "Next Year" -- which would be helpful now since we're in budgeting season.

Headers (columns) - Months
Suggestion. Many reports have a lot of data that falls below the "months" noted at top of report. As you scroll down, the months are no longer visible. Would be helpful if they remained at top of page so you could easily see which month you're viewing. I'm looking at a budget report for year to date, lots of months and data on different outlets. It's impossible to tell what I'm viewing once I scroll down into the report. Just a suggestion. Please let me know if I could provide more detail. Thanks. Chad

Originally we did lock the headers in place and then overwhelming feedback asked us to unlock them on this report alone because the header is so massive. It’s not as simple as only pulling the months down when you scroll, but the 8 metrics would also come with it and on some screens with lower resolutions that took up most of the content.
If we can add in a “lock headers in place” option you’ll be the first to know since you added this feedback.
Thanks for reaching out to us!

Thanks for the feedback! This report will need an overhaul in the future, so it will be something that we look to do at that time.
Thank you!

Commission off of Budgets for Managers
Commission off of Budgets for Managers.
Also have a report for mgrs
1 voteAdminRyan Moore (Product Owner, Matrix) responded
A commission module is something we have heard before, but it is a very complicated, very customize-able, overhead heavy process (both to build and to support as the end user). It’s hard to replace Excel!
It’s certainly not something we’re saying no to doing, but it’s not on our immediate roadmap. Often times we can expedite needs for a cost so if it’s a high priority you might wish to speak with your Matrix Success Manager about it.
Thanks for your feedback!

New Reports - Pacing Report
RE: The TY Pace/LY Final $ Diff column, it would be nice if it reflected the -1, -2 etc. like the other LY columns in the report does
1 voteWell that’s silly of us to have no stuck with our naming scheme. Maybe we can get this out in the near future.

Churning This Quarter KPI for Sales Productivity
I want to see my sales team ranked by churn and then an easy way to see some of the biggest churn accounts within each salesperson.
"Churning This Quarter" will be defined as any account that spent this Quarter last year but is <= $0 this Quarter this year.
I'd also like to see "Potential Churn Next Quarter" where any account that spent next quarter last year but is <= $0 next quarter this year.

Filter remains when mapped from Report to Sales Outlook
Example:
Run most Report for AE Revenue
AE is selected from within the Report, which takes you to SalesOutlook, but SalesOutlook does not keep the filter settings as they are set in the Report.1 vote -
Churn Report - Add a $TY column
Churn Report - Add a $TY column. This comes in handy when splitting out by Outlets. Quick comparisons.
