Pending
Place pending that was once on the Bird's Eye View page back...as a sales person, seing this information on the same page as booked is much more efficient and at the end of the day this is a sales rep tool. Thanks!
Please refer to my comments on this request. A lot of thought went into removing that pod or not and the consensus was yes…remove it because the functionality can already be accessed from so many other locations including the same page.
I’ve offered up some reasoning and alternative solutions on the comment of this request.
Sorry for the confusion and change.

Understanding change and adjusting your routine can definitely be a challenge, especially if you've been doing it for a while and found it to be successful! I want to shed some light on the rationale on our decisions and offer up alternative methods to obtaining the same, if not better, information.
The pending and booked amounts are still on the Bird's Eye View. They are right beside each other on the Sales Outlook Pod, no scrolling necessary! :) We haven't removed the deals either, they are still visible. Simply hover over the "$" to the left of an account name on the Sales Outlook Pod and you'll be able to see any deals that make up that pending amount for the timeframe that you are looking at.
What we did remove was a redundant feature (accessible from the Sales Outlook Pod, Deals List, and Account List) and replaced it with new functionality for Matrix to automatically close out and remove your pending when orders are imported from traffic. We also let you see the dollars that are coming in that are not tied to deals (and a heads up that your manager can see the same thing and may be wondering why some AE's are not forecasting for everything ahead of time).
Overall, a lot of thought went into removing that pod or not and the consensus was yes...remove it because the functionality can already be accessed from so many other locations including the same page.
We're sorry for the confusion this is bringing and hope that you now understand the reasoning behind our actions. Give it a try, it's actually quite fluid and was well received in our beta testing and even for the last two weeks that it has been in production.
Thanks.
