more phone number fields in account profile
Looking for quick reference for account information, main phone, mobile phone on the account profile, so then I would not have to add a contact.

We will not be taking on this request.
There needs to be a difference between a person (contact) and a business (Account or Agency). There is definitely a relationship between them, and we should make sure that we take every step possible to simplify the experience, but simply not wanting to add a contact is not going to match up with our product vision let alone any CRM today.
