I’m afraid we have to include features like changing passwords on a regular basis in order to accommodate growing IT and security requirements from our customers.
If a user left and nobody deactivated that user, at least after 90 days they would no longer access the system. Think of it as one of your fellow AEs leaving and still having access to your master list and poaching accounts. Not cool.

Uh...doesn't appear any different from nearly any corporate application we use here. I have to change my windows password every 90 days too. Big deal, welcome to the 21st century.
