Budgets - Universal New Business
In the budget template, allow to set a New Business Line in place of an outlet,
1 voteOur security will not allow for that to happen as it would grant visibility of that budget to everyone that had access to the affiliated Office.
We cannot do this without a major overhaul to our security, unfortunately.

New Budget Template Export to Excel
Currently you can only Export to CSV. Please allow for an Excel Export
1 voteThis is not likely to happen. With the entry being flat and CSV being flat, the two are a natural match for each other.
If you have a specific reason for Excel please let us know, but as of right now it’s not likely to be something we get to.

We have simplified the budgeting process by allowing corporate to push how budgets are to be entered down to all markets and as a result, Budget Templates no longer exist.
We look forward to seeing all customers joining the rest on the New Budgeting Experience for the 2019 season!

that quarters can save when you run report
every time I go into deals I need to update pending and then go down to 2013 and look at what I got last year to give accurate pending...quarter should be set to reflect 4th 2014 vs. 4th 2013 in this area.

Add the ability to see Interactive Revenue on the birds eye view, by outlet.
The AE's need an easy way to identify their interactive revenue without having to run reports. Currently they have to look at revenue by station, which includes interactive. However, if they look at revenue type they can't clearly see how much they should deduct from each station goal to find their broadcast only goal.
1 voteThis is a Bird’s Eye View of one attribute at a time. It is and has always been our belief that when you want more complex answers (relatively custom to their needs and not all users in general) that we direct users to a report.
I would recommend creating this report, saving it as a favorite, and then sharing it with your AEs. This has been a very successful method of ensuring AEs all get information in the same way that you do.
I can also tell you that in the future we’ll be putting together some functionality that will allow users (MGR and AE alike) to set thresholds based upon budgets, forecasts, activities, and a host of other things within Matrix Premium.
