I was just lamenting to myself about this and how there is no mass select. Seems like a simple feature to have. Please fix!

Just an update that we have added notes to Agencies which can also be deleted if you choose. This same functionality will make its way to Account profiles in the future.

In addition to this, I would like to see fewer loading screens and more processing in the background so that I can move on to my next task with delay. My computer is slow, and my internet. Waiting for matrix to load sometimes wastes minutes of my time! For example, Pipeliner offers offline functionality, but updates as internet is available: Any changes made while using the desktop App offline are instantly and invisibly updated to the Cloud once an internet connection is again established.
This is especially important with the offline mode for mobile if we don't want that hassle of updating after we've gotten back to the office.
