   We need to be able to merge accounts and additionally.... link agencies to accounts more seamlessly. An extremely high percentage of our accounts have an agency representing them. Accounts are coming in and out of those agencies all the time. We need to have intuitive connections (links) to tie agencies and accounts together and agency contact information readlily available within the account listing that is also easily updated to handle all the changes we experience. This is critical to our effective use of this tool as an Account Management resource!
