   Just an update that we have added notes to Agencies which can also be deleted if you choose. This same functionality will make its way to Account profiles in the future.

   I just accidentally wrote a note in a wrong account and wanted to delete it. I found out through your live chat that this is not possible. It would be a very helpful feature.
