Delete shared reports
Outdated reports shared by previous users are in the shared list. It would be nice if they could be removed by account owners.

Share shared reports
Some users no longer with our team created good reports. Although some were shared with me, I would appreciate being able to share them with new users without having to re-create them.

create activity from account list
I'd like to have an option in the gear to create an activity for an account. Different from List builder function because it's not multiple accounts and it's not completed. Same from Contact List

remove shared access
If an AE leaves and all accounts are reassigned, shared accounts remain shared. There isn't a way to filter for accounts shared with this AE and there isn't a way to remove one specific AE from an account that is shared with multiple AEs. thus making unsharing the accounts very tedious. :(

Need more info in the search results
When searching for a contact with the main nav magnifying glass sometimes there are duplicates because two different people have the same name, with out the company name I don't know which one is the one I'm looking for. It would be nice if all of the reulsts had some kind of qualifier on them, Contacts - Company, Accounts - perhaps AE or type, Salespeople -Team, etc.

Prospecting Pipeline Management
When entering prospects, I'd like to be able to better-manage the process within Matrix for leads/prospects that have no dollar amount attached to them. I would like a way to rank closing-potential and have a 1-100 probability scale along with multiple stages of a pipeline to choose from. The Bird's Eye View and/or a report should be able to show at a glance where each of your new business prospects are in the pipeline. This should be integrated with current and pending activities.

I would like a report that shows the following:

Deal name on Espresso Shot
In the recently imported section of the Espresso shot I'd like to see the deal name and be able to quickly see what revenue didn't match to a deal

Revenue
For account executives: I'd like there to be a section on my home screen that would keep a running total of what my sales commission paycheck is going to be for the month. Additionally, there could be another tab that would show me how much more my paycheck would grow if I closed the pending deals in Matrix.

Email All Button
I would like to have an e-mail all contacts button under each account. It would populate all the e-mail addresses without having to click on each individual hyperlink, and copy/paste

Top 50 Report
The issue for this report is that the top 50 last year are only on current year billing accounts. There could be a top 50 account from prior year that is currently not billing and would not show up.
Problem for Rev/Prev because we cannot use to accurately reflect top accounts.1 vote -
Ability to Access Espresso Shot from within Matrix
It's great to get the daily Expresso Shot overview of your business daily, but once you are working in Matrix there should also be a way to pull of that days summary overview within the system instead of having to go back to the email you received earlier that day.

Show AEs without Activities in Activity Report
The activity report should include data for all sellers with active accounts in Matrix. This will help managers identify AEs who are not entering activities. Perhaps even a filter on the report to say Show only Salespeople with no activities? - Feedback from Key Client

Allow mobile site to access camera so I can immediately snap a photo for matrix locker
Like the evernote feature (I use evernote a lot) to take a picture and automatically sync it to your notes or an account.

Print notes on accounts
Being able to print a list of our prospects (or accounts) with the notes will be helpful when reviewing account activity and prospecting with management

Provide an option for using existing Account or Agency address within Matrix during contact imports
When I import contacts into Matrix, it would be nice if I could have an option to use the existing Account or Agency address within Matrix (if applicable) when a field is empty or isn't mapped.

We’re thinking about adding a “location” to each account to help with scenarios like this or for scenarios where you have a customer spread out over multiple locations and may be spending separately at each location.
Lots of cool reasons for something like this.

Give us the ability to reassign Custom 1 and Custom 2 as we can reassign Cateogries and Rev Types.
In our database, Revenue Code 2 is mapped to Custom 2. It would be very helpful if I could reassign incorrectly entered Rev Code 2s so my revenue figures would be correct when pulling a report based on Custom 2 in Matrix.
