  1. Churning This Quarter KPI for Sales Productivity

    I want to see my sales team ranked by churn and then an easy way to see some of the biggest churn accounts within each salesperson.

    "Churning This Quarter" will be defined as any account that spent this Quarter last year but is <= $0 this Quarter this year.

    I'd also like to see "Potential Churn Next Quarter" where any account that spent next quarter last year but is <= $0 next quarter this year.

  2. Adding an option to add or removed columns for the Sales Outlook view under home page

    I suggest the adding the option in the profile of being able to delete columns in the sales outlook - it's TMI for me and AE's have told me so, too...the middle 5 columns are fine by themselves...

  3. Adding Outlet Field To Activities form - Matrix Mobile

    In the Desktop Version - The system allows the users to select the outlet when creating the activities. Yet, under mobile - The field Outlet is missing.

    Heartland will like to create activities through the mobile app and be able to select the associated outlet.

  6. Want to be able to add Deal's note on mobile

    Is there a plan in the works for you guys to make Deal's note available to view or add through mobile?
    This is supposed to be a mobile friendly version but the way it works now, I have to physically click through 200+ accounts daily to get that info if needed.
    Am I the only one who is concerned about this?

    I want to know how much money my sales team is asking for compared to how much money is actually closed. This means I want a non reconciled amount on any given day of the deal's life compared to booked.

  8. lock a budget by sales person and station

  9. Show client name on activity screen in mobile app

    I'd like to be able to see the clients I have activities for, not just he title I have given the activity. I end up with a long list of "June booking" and have to select and back out of a lot of these to find the right one. If I add the client name to the activity, as a work-around, then my desktop looks cluttered.

    Although one of the other SAs has "Leads" checked under Type in Accounts filters, I do not and I have to change it every time I go in, which is rather annoying.

    We are planning to handle this as part of a large Account and Agency undertaking this winter!

  12. I want to be the first in the door when an advertiser wants to spend so I need to know when dollars came in historically

    Let's say that I have Abe's Motors as one of my Accounts. They spent with me in April of 2016. I may have forgotten about that, but I'd like to know when Abe spent that money in April 2016 (maybe it was in February) because then I know that I should be reaching out to Abe's Motors no later than that date in order to get more of the money before a competitor steals it away.

    I'd like to know the following...
    Week that the dollars came in last year
    Dollars Pitched
    Final Dollars Booked
    Account Name

  13. show contact information on the account list

    It would be GREAT to see any contact information/phone number/address for any open account...especially as we move accounts with no activity to open all the time. If another AE has done the work to find the contact, then it would be awesome for everyone to be able to see it.

  16. Unassigned Accounts- View information

    It would be helpful if the AE had access to view the Revenue History in accounts Unassigned on the Account List. This would make it more useful to them to determine if an unassigned account was worth calling on.

    We’re working on a new feature that will enhance the way “shared accounts” work but one of the end results will allow all salespeople to see this kind of information on accounts like this that they do not own.

    Stay tuned. We’re hoping to get this out this year and are currently in the design phase of the feature.

  17. Allow the end user to change the type of an account.

    If the account hasn't billed since 2010, I don't really want to classify the account as a billing account. Rather it needs to be worked as a prospect.
    This will allow the managers to get an accurate count of billing accounts vs. claimed accounts on the AE's account list.

  18. Reassign and Merge on the same page

    It would be very efficient if filtering, account reassignment and merging could be done on the same page. Currently we need to filter the account list by an AE, and see if there are any dups. If there some, need to download this list to Excel, print it, and then go to a different page in order to merge....what a waste of time!

    Hope this makes sense, and I am sure other customers would love have this functionality as well. Please contact me if you want to discuss this further as the able is a weekly task I do not…

  19. Folders inside account lockers

    Hello Matrix Team,
    I am suggesting two things:
    1. To be able to copy a whole folder from our computers into Matrix. For example, I have a folder in my laptop documents for Blue Cross Blue Shield 1st quarter. All the avail requests, submissions, copies of orders, makegoods etc go into this folder. Rather than have to copy this 20-30 documents per quarter one by one into Matrix it would be nice to just be able to put the entire folder into matrix.
    Second-we need the capability to organize account documents in the locker into folders, typically with regional accounts,…

  20. Reassign the office on a deal when the account's office is reassigned

    We reassigned many accounts to another office recently. After running the Forecasting report I noticed that it was off. Turned out that the offices on the deals do not update under this workflow. I'd like for the office on any open deals to change to the affiliated account's new office when performing an office reassignment on an account.
