  1. Allow for phone numbers to be inputted with (periods) for example. 714.812.5013 should work as well as 714-812-5013

    This is for Contact phone numbers. These days many people use periods to separate their contact numbers and its become as prolific as the usage of dashes. This isn't major but thought I could bring up a minor suggestion that I think would just be nice to have.

  2. Add the ability to delete multiple contacts at one time

    After uploading my contact list I noticed that the business and phone numbers were not able to load. I went in and made some adjustments and when uploading the master list a second time, instead of replacing the previous contacts it doubled them in matrix. I now have every contact in there twice and no way of deleting them without manually doing it one by one. It would be extremely helpful if I could delete multiple contacts at once.

    We have just completed this feature. Now when you pull the Contact List, you will see the AE that owns the contact. We’ve also included the AE on the export for your convenience.

    to be able to search a name instead of paging through dozens of contacts!

    The contact list now has a local search box that will start narrowing down your results one letter at a time.

    Ex: If you are looking for Jonathan..but you aren’t sure if it’s in as John or Jon or Jonathan, just type “J” and maybe “o”. Matrix will beging to narrow down search results based upon what you have typed.

  5. Allow phone number fields to accept extensions

    If a contact has an extension I can't enter it in the phone number fields. Phone number can only be in the format of 123-456-7899.

    I'd like to be able to add extensions like 123-456-7890 x123

    We have just finished up testing on this feature. Turned out great! You can add phone numbers like (123)456-7890 x123 and Matrix will happily accept them.
