  1. Compare Pace to a year other than Last Year

    It would be nice to be able to compare to other years without that extra step. It would be helpful for years like this where we have both big political and the Olympics. Currently, I need to perform the following steps;

    • Run the Pacing report as defaulted, and export to Excel, and then Save.
    • Change the "Time Frame" from May/2016 to June/2013 - wait until report displays, and then move back to May 2013 - this is due to a limitation of the reports when moving across multiple months.
    • Change the "Pacing As Of" date to 5/3/2012.

    We have added the ability to pick the Pacing Comparison Year from Last Year, 2 Years Ago, 3 Years Ago, or 4 Years Ago.

    This will be available in our new reporting framework this summer!

  2. Add Account button on the Birds Eye View

    Would it be possible to add an Account button to the Birds Eye View Sales Outlook so we can quickly view how accounts are preforming?

    Account and Agency have been added to the Sales Outlook for salespeople.

    Managers should run a report (Forecast Report is a great start) in order to get similar information as the reports are built to handle the larger amounts of data where the Sales Outlook is optimized for quicker navigation experiences with smaller amounts of information.

    This is actually going to be part of our release this April which is currently targeted for a 4/16 general release.

    You’ll see Week, Month, Quarter, and Year options and you’ll be able to navigate back/forward as much as you like.

  4. Pacing and Weighted Forecast on the Same Report

    Currently we use the Weighted Forecast feature in Matrix, and is only available on the Weighted Forecast report. Why can this not be available on the Pacing report as well? Especially when there is a Forecast column available.

    You cannot limit the customer to one report when they depend on this figure throughout Matrix.

    Pacing and Forecast dollars alone is not good enough since the AE's can "Pad" their forecasting numbers. Utilizing the Weighted Forecast information will give us a true representation if we will meet our Budget or not.

  5. Custom Reports

    It would be great to have a custom report capability... For instance, we would like to do the Multi Year Revenue Report that has all of the accounts listed, such as prospects and old clients, listed under each AE.

    We have the ability to build custom reports as a part of the Matrix Premium offerings. If you have Matrix Premium we’d love to hear about your specific needs.

    Unfortunately I was unable to discern what was needed from this request and will be closing out this feedback, but please do not hesitate to reach out to your success manager in order to explain to them some of your custom reporting needs.   6. Inactive Report Bug needs Correction

    I was informed today that there is a known bug in the Inactive Report. The excel export of the report does not maintain the hierarchy that is initially set up in the report. The work around, filtering by AE and re-running the report for each, creates a great deal of extra work over a lot of wasted time.

  7. report formating-

    i would like to see the header on the left margin instead of wrap/merged over more cells than the report columns -- and at the lower right - the Run at xxx i would like to see centered at the bottom of the report. This would allow printing a pacing report from excel scaled to all columns on a page - being large enough to read.

    Reports have been given a CSV option for raw reporting which flattens all of the data into individual sells and removes the hierarchies that cause the poorer printing experience.

    You’re free to do what you want with it now!

  8. Share report: users

    While selecting updates for shared users in a report, I noticed Inactive user names in the selection list. Is it possible to enhance Matrix to map to the active users list only? Could this be happening in other areas of the system, too?

    This is now a part of the new reporting updates that are rolling out to all customers. If a user is inactive within our product, we do not include them in the Share Report dialog.

    We hope that this makes sharing reports a bit easier on you!

  9. make the download report button in reports easier to notice/dynamic

    hard to know you can even export to excel because the button is non descript/small

  10. Add Year Toggle to Deal Status Report

    something simple that would help our whole team out and would likely help all of your customers would be to add a button for “Year” on the deal status report. Right now we can see week and month but not our Fiscal year.

    This feature just came out of testing and will be part of our next major release in April 2016!

  11. Report format/printing

    Have the ability to print some form of the dashboard screen. Mostly to print all the LY TY Pending Forecast and Budget columns in one report by month or quarter.

    This functionality currently exists on reports. In your case, I would recommend the Forecasting Report. Create whatever hierarchy and filter options that you want and run the report. After running you have the ability to export and print from Excel.

    I highly recommend that you save this as a favorite so that you can one click run it in the future without configuring it again (though it’s easy to modify your favorites as well!).

    I’ll pass this specific location for printing along to our team for prioritization, but I wanted to make sure that you knew you could get some form of this dashboard in another location.

    We have released this functionality as a new user role that we discovered while on site at a few different locations.

    Let us know if you have the scenario where there is a salesperson that can help the sales process with any other salesperson on their team. This person may or may not have their own accounts, but they need to be able to help everyone!

    All of our Monarch customers can sleep easy knowing that we JUST rolled this out yesterday in the new Activity Report!

    A link to the Activity Profile from every Subject will make navigating to your activities for more details easier as well as getting back to the report for more info!

  14. More Functionality with Projects tab

    For Projects, it would be nice to have the ability to add notes about an entry specific to that project.

    Also, we need to be able to pull a Projects Report that shows accounts that have been pitched/sold/not interested. right now, we can pull a report that lumps everything together but does not itemize by accounts and dollars.

    We have completed this work with a new and improved Projects experience in Monarch. We’re soft launching this right now and would love to get your organization on board with it!

    Either way, we’ll be doing a full roll out in early 2020 so if you want to take an official dive after the holidays that’s fine too.

  16. Allow reports to display annual totals only

    Oftentimes, my managers request multi-year history reports on an annual level only. They do not require monthly or quarterly breakdowns. It is cumbersome having to export into Excel and add formulas to assure the totals are still correct.

    I can build this for you as a custom report, but your market does not currently have this functionality. I’d still like to know which reports you typically do this with and then we can schedule some time to get these custom reports built for you and in place within Sales Intelligence once enabled across all of CMG!

  17. Changed to Weighted Forecast Report

    We are looking at creating a custom report to use with our AEs. It's almost exactly a Weighted Forecast Report with a change or two.

    The biggest change would be changing the "$ Diff Forecast/Budget" and "% Diff Forecast/Budget" to be the different of what's booked this year over their forecast. We do not budget by account, so the columns are not helpful.

    We were also wondering if it would be possible to show the different of this year to last year either in dollars, percent, or both.

  18. Easier to view reports - eliminate, or greatly reduce, scrolling

    I understood that last update was to greatly reduce, or even eliminate, scrolling. I don't see where it's been reduced. There's still a ton of scrolling involved in reports, both vertically and horizontally. As well, it'd be nice if the report headers were stationary so when you do have to scroll, you don't lose track of the header information to better understand the columns you're looking at. Somewhat like MS Excel, where you can lock columns and headers.

    Running the report in full screen mode now keeps the headers in place. Click on the button with an arrow pointing to the upper right after running the report and enjoy :) Hopefully your reporting experience is much better now!

  19. Forecasting By Month For 6+ Months

    Request for forecasting reports: Have the ability to pull a single forecasting/pending report for up to 6 months and still break out pending by month
    Currently Matrix is limited to only Month+2 which does not allow to forecast by month for the current month plus the upcoming quarter.
